Starting as a Stand Up Comedian, a bonafide movie star and now a 24 -nation  tour in the offing,global stardom, Vir Das face of ''The Man Magazine, November 2015'' has a natural wit and is an innate performer. He didn't grow up listening to Bill Hicks or George Carlin. Neither did he go through a period of megalomania. This legitimately funny man is actually well adjusted and nice.Vir Das began as a rebellion ; Chekhov at the Knox College in Illinois. No wonder then that his first stand -up" Brown Men Can't Hump" ,had about five minutes of content and 55 minutes of cussing.Instead of regular six -packs and studio rounds, Vir Das chose a different route to Bollywood.The movie that brought him back to the audition rooms was"Rang De Basanti" after which he continued his journey in bollywood with Badmaash Company, Delhi Belly ,Go Goa Gone and recently shown his talent in Revolver Rani along with Kangana Ranaut .He will be soon seen in film titled 1984 based on the riots, romantic comedy Khanna Patel where he shares screen with Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal, a kiddie film Santa with Boman Irani and an action thriller Plan B. Along with the movies his upcoming world tour with CAA to 24 counties next year will be a litmus test with the world audience.

Olympic medal winning ace Boxer Vijender Singh is all set to mesmerise his fans on the cover page of Man magazine September Issue.



The well renowned, very handsome and Olympic medal winning ace Boxer Vijender Singh is all set to mesmerise his fans on the cover page of Man magazine September Issue. He is the name synonymous to Indian Boxing in the middle weight category who has made our country proud by winning many medals and accolades at National and International Level. His good looks and the boxing prowess gave him recognition in India and abroad. Singh belongs to Bhiwani district in Haryana from a humble background. He started learning boxing at an early age, his surrounding and his family had encouraged and inspired him to convert his passion boxing as a career. He represented India in three Olympics and won Bronze medal in Beijing Olympics, 2008. This was followed by bronze in 2010 commonwealth games, silver medal in 2014 Common Wealth Games. He has seen his share of Ups and Downs in his eventful  career and was being criticised for deviating from boxing and grabbing attention for other wrong reasons. He is now turning to Pro Boxing by signing with reputed British Boxing Promoter and which he is a considered as a more professional move though it didn't go down well with Sports Authorities and his fans.

Varun Dhawan face of "The Man Magazine, August 2015"

Creating his own way by selecting up roles beyond the conventional picks, Varun Dhawan face of "The Man Magazine, August 2015" has never created a niche around himself. As a kick start with Dharma Productions and being counted among the most promising debutante, Varun always preferred to be experimental and chosen the scripts he really believed in, be it the lover of "Humpty Sharma Ki dhulaniya" or the character of  "Raghu" of Badlapur an action drama, and his latest flick ABCD -2 a 100-crore slot movie, had him displaying his dance moves across the 70mm screen. These roles showed his audience the versatility he manifest and took him above the level of just being a "romantic actor" Varun Dhawan truely gives an edge to every character he plays. He is currently scheduled  with Rohit Shetty’s Christmas release Dilwale, where he  co stars alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Dhawan is also scheduled to get back to what he does best, doing a romantic film, with the movie adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s Half Girlfriend next year, which is to be directed by his debut director and mentor Karan Johar.

Parupally (BWF), is a Hyderabad shuttler who stunned the world recently by winning against the current world number one Chen Long of China in the quarterfinals of the Super Series Premier in Indonesia. He is optimistic and enthusiastic about his performance in future.  The attitude of taking it all in his stride that has him Kashyap, India's top ranking badminton player and 10 in the world according to Badminton World Federation contending for the top position, now more than ever. The Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth victory is a sweet memory and a life changing event for him, when after 32 years he brought back the Gold home beating the number one player in the world Chen Long.  Once dubious about taking badminton as a career and now being a professional badminton player, there’s discipline in his life where he works out hard everyday to take care of stamina, agility and speed. He considers his trainer Pullela Gopichand, the former tennis ace, as his mentor, who taught him there were no shortcuts to success and he learned to be more critical of himself and to take criticism positively to help his game.

She is a versatile personality and has made a mark in writing poems, creative writings such as Novels, short stories etc. In 2006 she won the forward poetry prize for her first poetry collection, countries of the body and this is not all. Her first novel "The pleasure seekers" was shortlisted for the the Hindu best fiction award in 2010.Besides that she is master in many fields. She is a dancer and worked choreographer Chandralekha. She judges many dance shows and literacy competitions. She even choreographed Abba’s the winner takes it all.  She holds a Masters degree in creative writing from John Hopkins university and writes articles on important topics.  An avid traveler who understands the intricacies of different cultures and has a broad perspective on issues that matters. Being perfect in all what she does, she always create a balance among all her fields whether as a renowned poet,dancer and writer she is always at her best.
